Join our AAA East Central Emergency Roadside Team in Ohio! Call Center Remote Opportunity! MUST RESIDE IN OHIO! Starting at $18.00 per ho ur (plus weekend shift differential of 10% = $19.80 per hour) Bilingual : fluent in Spanish an additional $1.00 increase to salary (fluency test provided) F ull Time : 40 hours per week (mandatory Saturday, Sunday, and Holidays) Cover/Swing Shift Hours : start times range between 10am - 5pm Virtual On-Line Paid Training for 7 weeks : training hours are from 1pm - 9:45pm We are looking for Emergency Roadside Specialists to process requests for roadside assistance as part of our fast-paced, member service organization, demonstrating concern for member safety and effectively diffusing high tension situations.
