We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and charming Business Development Manager who will build the relationships that help grow our Fintech business in Europe.

What will you be doing?
The Business Development Manager will play a valuable part in unlocking growth and building Novatti's client portfolio in Europe by navigating through small, mid-size and enterprise-level companies and engaging with C-suite executives and business line owners. You understand your client's business objectives and closely align your offering to those to create a solution your clients can't live without. You've made huge contributions to your product roadmap by gathering customer feedback and requests and delivering those to internal teams. Importantly, the role will focus on all aspects of the sales process from prospecting, through the full discovery stage and ensure a long-standing business partnership where value delivered to the client translates into maximized long-term value for Novatti. In this role, you will:
- Engage in pro-active sales activities to acquire new merchants in the targeted verticals and to expand the Company's revenue sources.
- Execute sales strategy to maximise revenue in new market opportunities
- Use consultative selling techniques to build and win relationships.
- Prospect and manage your pipeline in the manner you see as being most effective.
- Identify new opportunities, source your own leads and create your own opportunities.
- Work collaboratively with the marketing team for demand generation.
- Move prospect clients through the sales process to close.

Actively update the CRM system to record activity, track leads and business opportunities and prepare sales reports.

Liaise with different internal departments to channel feedback on customer and merchant
requirements, preferences and value-added features.
What would make you a good candidate?

- You have experience working in the entertainment, gaming or digital currency space and selling in a B2B environment.
- You have a proven track record of achieving sales targets through a range of product offerings.
- You have experience in introducing and onboarding new customers and building successful relationships.
- You have the ability to identify opportunities and close deals through a win/win outcome.
- You have a strong desire to succeed and are able to motivate.
- You have the ability to influence those around you, regardless of role and title and maintain successful relationships with key business contacts.
- You are motivated by a fast-paced environment where you will have to constantly adapt with a can-do attitude - no two days are the same, seriously!
