DevOps Engineer (Azure Expert) [Pakistan]


 

Position: "DevOps Engineer (Azure Expert)"

Experience: 4+ Years

Qualification: BS in CS, IT, or a relevant field

Location: Karachi

Requirements:

  • Must have experience in creating, implementing, and managing the DevOps pipeline on Azure, encompassing automated builds, deployments, and testing, to ensure efficient and seamless software development and delivery.
  • Experience in implementing and managing Azure-based infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools such as Terraform, Azure Resource Manager (ARM) templates and PowerShell.
  • Must be familiar working with MS SQL Server, MySQL, SSH, GIT, Hyper-V, Performance optimization, Load balancing and Scalability.
  • Collaborate with software developers, QA teams, and IT operations to ensure seamless integration of code and timely software releases.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot the performance, security, and availability of our Azure-based systems, and proactively identify and resolve issues.
  • Knowledge of AWS and its DevOps services such as AWS CodePipeline, AWS CodeBuild, and AWS CodeDeploy, to support multi-cloud or hybrid cloud scenarios as needed will be a plus.

Technical skills Required:

  • Azure DevOps, Terraform, ARM templates, PowerShell, Git, Jenkins, Azure Pipelines, Scripting and automation (Python/JavaScript), Docker and Kubernetes, Agile software development methodologies, SSH

Job Type: Full-time

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Azure DevOps and Terraform: 4 years (Preferred)
